Norman and Emma are members of the Health Professions Council and Physio First. They take a pro-active approach to continuing professional development, (which is mandatory for membership of the above organisation) regularly attending post graduate courses and lectures
Emma graduated from Leeds University in 1998 with a Bsc.(Hons). She has worked at Warwick and St Cross, Rugby, hospitals predominantly in musculo-skeletal physiotherapy and for the past ten years has worked full-time in the family practice. She is a credentialed McKenzie therapist with the McKenzie Institute for the treatment of spinal conditions.She has a varied interest musculo-skeletal conditions and has attended a wide range of post graduate courses, including Pilates (APPI) and those run by the Society of Orthopaedic Medicine. She is also a member of the Association of Chartered Physiotherapists in Sport Medicine.
Norman was the lead physiotherapist at Coventry City Football Club for twelve years, prior to that he worked in the NHS in London. He then established a private practice in Coventry and maintained various contacts with local sporting clubs. He has an all round interest in musculo-skeletal conditions, manipulative and exercise therapy and, as such, is a member of the following interest groups:

- McKenzie Institute
- Association of Chartered Physiotherapists in Sport Medicine
